Overview
- Oversee the daily operation of the crusher site
- Provide support and operational assistance to work crew in the areas of safety, quality control, time management, and communication
Duties
- Record daily safety checklist consistent with MSHA standards
- Notify management of personnel, equipment, and safety issues
- Enforces MSHA safety compliance over all personnel on site
- Suggest improvements to increase rate of production and quality
- Review and monitors material production for quality control
- Request purchase orders on items for equipment and operation
- Inspects machinery routinely for maintenance and repairs
- Directs repairs and maintenance on crusher machinery
- Records daily production and inventory levels
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in rock crusher operation
- Professional manner and appearance
- Ability to communicate precisely
- Ability to delegate specific tasks
